Keep Love Alive – Official Rules

1. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

2. Eligibility

The Keep Love Alive Giveaway is open to legal residents of Cache County, Utah, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of the Sponsor are not eligible to participate.

3. Sponsor

This giveaway is sponsored by Master Jewelers, Alvey’s Chocolates and Pink Pinneapple (“Sponsor”). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform used to promote it.

4. Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins on Feb 01 2026 and ends on Feb 14 2026 (“Giveaway Period”). Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.

5. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

6. Prize

One or more winners will receive:

• Jewelry, chocolates, clothing gift certificate and flowers

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted for cash or other items, except at Sponsor’s discretion.

7. Winner Selection & Notification

Winner(s) will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. Winner(s) will be notified via email, direct message or phone within 30 days of the giveaway’s end.

If a winner does not respond within 30 days, an alternate winner may be selected.

8. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

9. Publicity Release

By entering, participants grant Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, and entry content for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. Disqualification

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, offensive, or violates these Official Rules.

11. Limitation of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for technical issues that may affect participation.

12. Privacy

Any personal information collected will be used solely for administering the giveaway and will not be shared or sold.

13. Acceptance of Rules

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding.
